(b) You acknowledge and understand that TextNow will not be liable for any inability to access 9-1-1 emergency services through the Services. However, if you have a mobile cellular device, you may be able to access 9-1-1 emergency services from the hardware of your cellular device. You cannot make 9-1-1 emergency calls using the Services. (a) The Services do not feature all of the services of a mobile phone. We are currently focused on US and Canadian markets and have not yet implemented the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations. If You are a resident of the European Economic Area or EU, please deactivate Your account with Us. (b) You represent and warrant that You are not a resident of the European Economic Area or EU. Your Account may be deleted and Your access to the Services may be terminated without warning if We believe that You or Your Account is not in compliance with this Section a or any other provision of this Agreement.
By registering for the Services, You represent and warrant that You are not a minor and that You have the capacity to enter, understand, agree to and comply with this Agreement. You must not be under 13 years of age to use the Services (including, but not limited to, registering for an account).
